Welcome to Chloe D Beauty. By accessing our website, purchasing our curated gold jewelry, or reserving studio aesthetic procedures, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
01. Studio Booking & Treatment Scheduling via Booksy
All aesthetic, brow, and lash appointments are scheduled and recorded through Booksy (chloedbeauty.booksy.com/a). A non-refundable booking deposit of 50% is required to secure your appointment time. Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours prior notice.
02. Aesthetic Treatment Disclaimers & Health Disclosures
Clients must provide honest disclosure of dermatological contraindications, allergies, medications, or pregnancies prior to undergoing semi-permanent makeup or skin resurfacing. An informed consent waiver must be executed in studio.
03. Jewelry E-Commerce & Consumer Protection Act (CPA)
Our curated gold jewelry is crafted from premium tarnish-resistant alloys. In terms of the Consumer Protection Act, unworn necklaces and rings in original packaging may be returned within 7 calendar days. For statutory hygiene and health reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned once delivered.
04. Intellectual Property & Domicilium
All logos, campaign photography, and visual brand assets are protected intellectual property under South African copyright law. Our official studio domicilium is registered at 10 Donald Rd, Vincent, East London, 5247, South Africa.
